Wednesday Sector Laggards: Specialty Retail, Water Utilities

In trading on Wednesday, specialty retail shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.4%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Zale (ZLC), off about 27.3% and shares of 1-800 FLOWERS.
